What You’ll Do
As a delivery driver, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods to homes, offices, and local businesses. Your key responsibilities will include:

Pick up and deliver packages, food orders, or retail items along optimized routes, adhering to schedules while maintaining safety standards.

Verify delivery details, obtain recipient signatures or digital confirmations, and handle payments when required (training provided).

Inspect your delivery vehicle (car, bike, or scooter) daily to ensure it’s in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly.

Provide friendly, professional customer service—answering questions and resolving minor concerns to ensure a positive experience.

Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation, and assist with light loading/unloading (items up to 50-80 lbs, depending on the role).
What You’ll Need
We welcome candidates from all backgrounds—no prior delivery experience is required for entry-level roles (we provide comprehensive training!). To qualify, you must meet the following:

Valid U.S. driver’s license (clean record with no more than 2-3 moving violations in 3 years; no DUI/DWI convictions in 5-10 years) .

Age requirement: 18+ for bike/foot delivery, 19+ for scooter/car delivery . Commercial driver’s license (CDL-A) required for heavy-duty vehicle roles.

Pass a 7-year criminal background check (no violent felonies, theft, or drug trafficking offenses) and pre-employment drug screening .

Reliable transportation (own vehicle preferred; insurance and registration up to date) or willingness to use company-provided vehicles for eligible roles.

Basic smartphone skills to use our delivery app for routes, updates, and customer communication.

Strong time management, attention to detail, and a customer-first attitude—you’ll represent our brand with every delivery.
